NSPPVocational Training

This programme consists of a combination of practical and theory work in bricklaying. The practical work takes place in a realistic working environment and you will undertake work relative to the course.

What you’ll cover

The course covers all the elements of bricklaying and site work to certificate levels.

You’ll also cover

• Health and safety
• Manual Handling
• COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
• Employment Responsiblities and Rights

Your Career

When you’ve successfully completed this bricklaying course you’ll receive the Level 1 Diploma in Bricklaying, which will mean you’ll be able to get a job in the construction industry, alternatively, you could go onto do a Level 2 in Bricklaying.

Course Duration

This course is held two and a half days a week, over a six month period.

Course Costs

Whilst there is no cost to access the course you will be required to provide, at your own cost, safety boots and materials such as paper and pens.
