Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
This qualification provides candidates with the essential underpinning knowledge and understanding that would be needed by a competent employee functioning in Customer Service job roles.
It is a work based qualification which will allow learners to develop their work skills and allow them to progress in their employment.

- Understand the Customer Service Environment
- Resolve Customers’ Problems
- Principles of Business
- Understand Customers and Customer Retention
- Manage Personal and Professional Development
There are 6 mandatory units in total, optional units may vary according to work placement and/or personal preferences.
Assessment takes place in the workplace.
Applicants must have suitable employment. Successful outcome from assessment test and interview.

How is the course assessed?
You will be regularly visited at your workplace by an assessor who will assist you in gathering the needed evidence to prove competence.
Are there any opportunities for progression?
Learners will be able to progress within their employment to senior administrative, team leading or management roles, alternatively learners will be able to progress to a higher – level qualifications in team leading and management.
