Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service

 

This is a practical and theory based course which consists of the student/candidate working through a number of work related units.

Description

The Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service has been designed for learners’ to demonstrate a broad set of skills when carrying out customer service related tasks, and to develop learners’ understanding of the principles that underpin working in a business administrative environment.

Some of the units that you will complete are:

  • Deliver Customer Service
  • Understand Customers
  • Principles of Customer Service
  • Understand Employer Organisations
  • Manage Personal Performance and Development

There are 5 mandatory units in total, optional units may vary according to work placement and/or personal preferences. Other units within the course will include work on key skills (depending upon previous academic results) and industry standard technical certificates.

Assessed in the workplace.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must have suitable employment. Successful outcome from assessment test and interview.

Interview Process

Interview with a specialist tutor. Candidates are required to show enthusiasm and commitment to the course.

You will be regularly visited at your workplace by a College assessor who will assist you in gathering the needed evidence to prove competence.
